Accessibility Statement
Last updated: April 29, 2026
SocZap is committed to making its product accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level.
What we test
- Full keyboard navigation: every interactive control is reachable and operable without a mouse.
- Screen-reader compatibility with NVDA on Windows and VoiceOver on macOS / iOS.
- Color contrast for body text and UI controls against their backgrounds.
- Form labels, error messages, and live status updates exposed to assistive tech.
Known limitations
We are a small team and do not yet hold a formal third-party accessibility audit. Some PDF and DOCX exports may not be fully tagged for screen readers. We are working on this. If you hit a specific blocker, please tell us — see below.
Reporting an issue
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on SocZap, email accessibility@soczap.com with:
- The URL of the page where the issue occurred.
- A description of the problem and the assistive technology you were using.
- What outcome you expected.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 business days and to provide a remediation plan within 30 days.
