Data Processing Addendum

A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is available to all paying SocZap customers. The DPA incorporates the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (2021/914) and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable, and names the sub-processors listed at /sub-processors.

How to request

Email dpa@soczap.com from the email associated with your SocZap account. Include:

• Your company’s legal name and address
• The name and email of the person authorized to sign on your behalf
• Whether you require any specific Standard Contractual Clauses module (controller-to-processor, processor-to-processor, etc.)

A pre-signed PDF copy of the DPA will appear here once finalized. In the interim please request a copy by email — we typically turn signed copies around within two business days.
